I think that setting regulations on businesses is against conservative values. In order to be in business in Lopatcong or if you have commercial property, Lopatcong sends you a 9 page report every year they want you to fill out. It asks EVERYTHING about how much money you make to how much you pay for snow plowing. From this sheet they determine how much MORE property tax you should pay on your buildings (on top of the regular assessment).
Lopatcong is totally non-conservative, it is like the San Francisco of Warren County. They raise taxes to create jobs for home town favorite son losers. They actually have four fire inspectors, when the state will provide one for free.
Anyone who is in the private sector and lives in Lopatcong should vote yes for vacancy de control, just to send a message to the Maoist/Leninists that run Lopatcongs little Libtard-Nervana that they aren’t going to take it anymore! :x
