We use a women named Rocio.
Her phone number is 908-343-9523
We have a 4 bed 2 1/2 bath. She is 100% trustworthy, and does an amazing job. She comes every 2 weeks to us too. Couldn't reccomend anyone better than her.

Hi
So, how much did the cleaning lady end up costing you? Sorry, but $140 is very extreme. I hope you didn't pay anywhere near that amount.

I find it very intereting about all the cleaning people on this board. I have called everyone you suggested and NO ONE has called me back.

Hopefully if they are charging 140/cleaning they are worth it because if they cannot return a call they are not worth me chasing after them.

Same goes for Chip Phieffer ( a general contractor), he hasn't returned any of my calls either. I have called him twice!!. He just lost my business!!

What kind of work do you need completed?

Well if anyone else knows of a cleaning person who isn't mentioned above please let me know. I need a good one that returns calls.

My tennants in P-burg have been looking for opportunities to make some extra money, especially now. He is more of a general contractor and can do a number of different things.

She is starting a cleaning business with a partner. If you are interested in talking with them, I am sure she would come to your home for an estimate. Let me know if you are still looking and I can get you hooked up with her.

Thanks,

You should DEFINATELY get someone who is bonded and insured. Also make sure they are not illegally here.

Several years ago there was a big stink because "supposedly" if you pay someone to work for you, you MUST pay workmans' comp for them, withhold and file taxes and all that. Or it may be that it's only over a certain threshold. Naturally you wouldn't pay workmans comp for a kid to shovel your driveway. Does anyone know if that is still true?

Technically you are correct. I own a business so I have a worker com policy.

However, most people you hire to so seasonal work will not end up sueing you shoudl there be problem. Especially if you paid them in cash.

You can pay somone in "cash" in a form of a check and if you pay them over $600 you need to issue a 1099.
