I have my BF and her Mom and a coworker that we all plan to go together-but we dont want to go if it is cancelled

And I don't want to carry stuff to sell up from the basement, have it blow around in the wind and rain, and have nobody show up to buy it, meaning I have to lug it all back down the basement again.
