We've used him multiple times and have been happy every time.

- When my old lady crashed up the garage he fixed it super fast, and was very professional and even better extremely reasonable.

- Our shed door rotted off and he came over and setup shop outside and completely rebuilt it to like new condition.

- Fixed leaks in our roof

- This is the most important thing he fixed. I noticed a spot on one of the upstairs bedroom ceilings. I went up there to find out there was birds living in there. We never heard any noises up there, so I had no clue there was even a problem until I saw the stain. Turns out the vents in the attic had rotted away and the birds were flying in and making nests in there. Not only that but I removed at least 2 pounds of bird **** from my attic which piled up on the insulation and started seeping through the ceiling. It was disgusting!

I contacted Glenn and he came over and replaced all 3 attic vents fast and was extremely reasonable! He removed the molding from the side of the house, then replaced them with brand new vents and put the molding back on and it looks like new.

So if you live in a development in town go outside your house and look up at the vents in your attic. If there is a hole in it you 99% have birds in there! (if you don't believe me setup a chair and watch the hole for a half hour and you will be surprised what's living with you!) I was shocked but when I drove around my development I noticed about 75% of the homes had holes in their attic vents as well. Toll Brothers make great houses, but it's crazy that they use such cheap vents. The houses are less than 15 years old and the vents are so brittle that birds easily make their way in.

If you need any home repairs, holes patched up, additions, or finishing off rooms he's the guy to call. He's been here so many times to fix up my old lady's drunk mishaps around the house that I practically consider him family.

One of the best things about Glenn is that he is extremely honest. I love the fact that he tells me the different options I have when I need something fixed. He usually tells me he can repair it, or replace it and gives me the different prices and benefits/drawbacks to each option without ever trying to make me spend more than necessary and is completely honest. I've dealt with many carpenters/handy men over the years and he is the first and only who has always been upfront and never tried to milk me for more.

I was extremely impressed when I used him the first few times and he gave me a few options and pricing to fix things around the house. When I asked him for his personal opinion on if I should replace something or repair it he actually told me that repairing it would be a lot cheaper, and look just as good. He was the first carpenter that I've ever used that told me repairing something was a better option. He could have easily told me to replace it and made twice the amount of money, but instead he was honest and gained a long term customer.

So if you need anything fixed up around your house or have a project you have been thinking about, give him a call. You will definitely be happy you did!
